Efcom fully designed and developed the application based on a set of economics rules. The application calculates complex mathematical formulas and checks over 20 million options in order to find the lowest-risk and minimal-return sum mortgage, based on client-predefined rules.
The application is highly optimized to finish all calculations and output the best possible result in a matter of minutes.
The application outputs the results in several visualizations such as graphs, tables, reports and more. The application also outputs a report which explains in simple human language what the client needs to do in order to optimize his mortgage conditions.
The application contains highly designed GUI in order to present all the data in the simplest possible way.
